At the 19th annual Communicator Awards, a leading international awards program judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts, the Your Story Made Here website received an Award of Excellence, while the TV campaign and online video campaign each received Awards of Distinction.

In the 33rd annual Telly Awards, Your Story Made Here’s TV campaign was recognized in the Not-for-Profit category with a Bronze Telly. The 33rd Annual Telly Awards received over 12,000 entries from all 50 states and five continents.

Your Story Made Here campaign was awarded two Gold ADDYs (website, online video campaign) and a Silver ADDY (TV campaign) at the 2013 ADDY Awards, presented by the American Advertising Federation of Fort Wayne.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The “Your Story Made Here” campaign, developed for the Northeast Indiana Regional Partnership, recently earned four honors in the international MarCom Awards competition.

The Your Story Made Here website videos received platinum recognition, the highest award. The campaign’s hardcover book and TV campaign were awarded gold. And the Your Story Made Here website, www.YourStoryMadeHere.com, earned honorable mention.

This inspiring new film from runner and cinematographer John Burkett documents his adventures into a new life free of his destructive past and into a world on the run. At age thirty, newly sober, out walking his dog he decided to take what became the first of many runs.

“No exercise I have ever tried did I really enjoy. So what is the difference with running? It can be so hard but still I crave it. Using up hours every week but still I feel it’s important to keep balance. Is it spiritual, is it just for the competitive, or is it primal, woven into every gene in our body? So why do we do it? Why do we run?”
